Just like mom's, only better (A classic beef stew in a Burgundy wine sauce) (Ground beef or lamb, layered w/sautéed peas, corn & mashed potatoes) w/ ground beef, pork & rice in a rich tomato sauce (Lightly breaded & topped w/ marinara and a blend of cheeses) sautéed w/garlic, shallots & mushrooms in a Marsala butter sauce Veal Scaloppini Dijonaise (Tender veal sautéed w/mushrooms in a creamy Dijon w. wine sauce) w/a fresh mango salsa w/ garlic & fresh rosemary Baked, barbecue or apricot ginger glazed w/ apples, garlic, rosemary & thyme.
